Several patent have been recently bought by Apple. I believe the YouTube video I am about to share with you may soon be the new skin of your shiny iToy: iPhone or iPad or i-anything. 

The special shiny coating of Plastic Polymer can be damaged from a very visible scratch and you would think to yourself .. damn!

So many times as a previous owner of many cars that I thought to myself .. if only that scratch can be self repaired.

Today scientists have found a way to do just that. Special polymers that repair themselves under ordinary UV light.

Well I recall reading the Rosen-Einstein-Podolsky paradox over 12 years ago when trying to satisfy my never ending insatiable curiosity about time travel. It was one of those books on the Biography of Einstein. They came up with a theoretical (thought) experiment to from what I gather – to ridicule quantum mechanics. They postulated that if you measure/determine the state of one of the entangled photon (light) you would determine its spin as you can see below in the picture.

To cut a long story short, a pair of photons – yes they are paired just like us mammals – are linked/connected even when they are separated by large distances. The determination of the photon spin is instantaneously transmitted to the other … irrespective of distance by simple observation. In fact as of last week – using the naked eye (via photonic amplification) where seeing is after all believing  - or not.

In fact this article may explain how paired photons are produced. What is interesting is that once the state of one of the entangled photons is determined perhaps in advance as I understand it, information about its state (spin) is “transmitted” to the other photon in real time wherever it is in the universe- instantenously or faster than light speeds (which we know is impossible).

This may be a question for Michio Kaku to answer using 10 Dimensional Quantum Physics & super strings – perhaps the photon is connected at all times as it is a manifest of forces that originate from dimensions (4th and above) that we cannot access/measure directly at this point.
